How hiring works.

Three steps. No account, no fee, no waiting for someone to call you back.

1

Post what you need

Two minutes on your phone. What the job is, when it is, and your budget if you have one. Free, and you don’t need an account.

2

We check it, then send it out

Our team reviews every post the same day. Once it’s approved it goes to every creative in that skill on Telegram — where they already are.

3

You pick who you want

Applications come to you with their work attached. Look at it, choose, and agree the price with them directly.

You pay the creative, not us. Klick Konnect takes no commission and handles no money — you agree the rate in ETB directly with whoever you hire.

Why these creatives.

Hiring a creative in Addis usually means asking around and hoping. This is the same word of mouth, written down.

✓

Trained at Klick

Most came through Klick Film & Design School. We know who taught them and what they can do.

✓

Work you can see

Portfolios, not promises. Open a profile and watch the footage before you message anyone.

✓

Reachable today

They get job alerts on Telegram, on their phones. That’s why applications usually start the same day.

Questions people ask.

What does it cost to post a job?

Nothing. Posting is free and stays free. You only pay the creative you hire, at a rate the two of you agree.

Do I need Telegram or an account?

No. Fill in the web form and we’ll contact you on the phone number or email you give us. Telegram is how the creatives receive it, not something you need to install.

How fast will people apply?

We review every post the same day. Once it’s live the alert goes out on Telegram immediately, so applications usually start arriving within hours.

Are these creatives actually vetted?

They’re trained and verified through Klick Film & Design School, and profiles that we’ve confirmed carry a Klick verified badge. Every job posted here is reviewed by our team too.

What if nobody suits me?

Then you hire nobody and it has cost you nothing. You’re never obliged to pick anyone who applies.
